Solid corset for the price. The steel bones are flexible enough that I can sit down comfortably, which was my biggest concern. I will say the break-in period is real — don't try to wear this for 8 hours on day one. Start with 1-2 hours and work your way up. Once broken in though, it's incredibly comfortable and the shaping is dramatic.

I bought this after seeing it recommended in a waist training group and I completely understand the hype now. My waist measurement has gone down 2 inches since I started using it consistently. I pair it with a healthy diet and some light exercise and the results have been incredible. The quality feels much more expensive than what I paid.
